Jasper has been asking to return to the Fernhill Wetlands because he loves to take pictures there and we have yet to explore it all. The day was clear (but not quite clear enough to see Mt. Hood) and we explored and lingered for hours until the sun began to slide away.

Great pics! Jasper is a great photographer too! The domestic/mallard crossbreeds are pintails--the long tail feather is their distinctive feature. Love to see these places we haven't heard of yet!
