Cascade Head

Cascade Head Preserve is a unique landscape on the Oregon coast. With spectacular views of the Salmon River and Pacific Ocean, its open meadows are a habitat for endangered butterflies and wildflowers.  The climb winds through dense forest and is steep at times, but we were soon rewarded. It's become a spot we can't miss on a spring day at the coast.
