Tualatin Hills Nature Park
We visited Tualatin Hills Nature Park on a lovely sunny fall day, and found it was a pretty lively place. The sunshine was bringing out its resident garter snakes, spiders were spinning, and bullfrogs were thrumming. It's a great spot for anyone car free (the Max comes right there), looking for a short walk with no elevation gain, or hoping for a break from suburbia on the west side. The visitor center has some neat displays. Be sure to check out the nature kaleidoscope right outside the visitor center!
