More Events This Weekend

Yes, I have not been doing my usual posts about all the fun things I've been doing with Jasper.  This is because I have been working very hard on our homeschool group's first annual yearbook, which is now completed and soon to be in the hands of our printer!  Life will be going back to "normal" soon, hopefully.  In the meantime, here are some wonderful things going on this weekend.

"Warehouse Cafe Grand Opening",  Saturday, November 13, 12-6PM, 3434 SE Milwaukie Ave, Pdx.  "We are newly moved in to the old bakery space at 3434 SE Milwaukie Ave. and would like the neighborhood to know about all the cool things we are doing to revitalize the space including a cafe, a children's resale shop, be academy (a learning community for home schoolers), an organic food co-op, event space for things like messy art classes and workshops for home schoolers, and more!

"Lighting of Maddax Woods Benefit Sale,"  Saturday, November 13, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m, 5785 River St., West Linn, OR. "Enjoy a magical walk down a lighted, accessible path through the Woods and to the viewing platform on the Willamette River.  There will be conifers with lights, nature related gifts and live native plants for sale. All proceeds go towards the preservation of Maddax Woods.
