The Year of the Dragon is an auspicious year, and we headed to the Oregon Convention Center for the annual New Year Cultural Festival sponsored by the Portland Chinese Times. The
Lee's Association was there to perform Lion and Dragon Dances. The drumming, dazzling costumes, and whirling dances were thrilling to watch.
