Celeste Rose Puppets

Celeste Rose makes all of her crazy puppets on her sewing machine, she has an awesome sense of humor, and her puppet show is magical!  We went to see "The Fish That Swallowed The Sun" today, and discovered that there is some kind of explanation for why the weather has been so grey and soggy so late in the spring.  Contrary to popular opinion, puppet shows are not just for toddlers.  If your child likes making up stories, or enjoys pretend play, or likes to make things from scratch, there is a good chance they will find some of our better local puppeteers to be inspirational and loads of fun.  The audience sure appreciated this show.  (Above: the king and queen stand by and watch a delightful parade, which consists of some pretty colorful riders on galloping fish.  Left: the Yellow Submarine, complete with banana periscope.)
