Oxbow Regional Park
We headed over to Oxbow Regional Park for a Family Nature Explorers class. We met on the floodplain and rambled over to the Sandy River to see what we could see. Oxbow is a gem any time of the year. We watched a family of five osprey teaching the fledgelings to fly. We found a red-legged frog in a stream. We searched for animal tracks and water critters. It was a great day to be outside.
