Strawberry Joy

We always look forward to strawberry season!  They are usually the first crop available at local pick-your-own farms, and their flavor is just amazing.  This year we headed out on a soggy day to Bella Organic on Sauvie Island, and came home victorious. Bella expects to have strawberries available throughout the summer! Of course, I had to make my favorite strawberry shortcake recipe, which is an important yearly tradition.
