Smith Berry Barn

A summer would not be complete without a trip to the Smith Berry Barn!  They are a lovely no-spray farm with 20 varieties of berries, which ripen in stages throughout the summer.  In addition to oodles of berries, they have a lovely store with ice cream, and goats and chickens that kids can feed. This year, Jasper was less enthusiastic about picking berries than he was about looking for creepy-crawlies and taking pictures.  Many of these he took himself.
