Larrabee State Park

Larrabee State Park in Bellingham, WA was a welcome stop on our journey home from Vancouver, BC.  Bellingham is the first good sized town on the Washington side of the US/Canadian border along I-5, and this lovely state park was the perfect place to relax and stretch our legs.  We knew there was beach access, as well as forest trails and lakes, but did not expect we would happen to arrive when the tide was low and there would be tidepooling.  Jasper was very excited.
