Tree Hugging

Stretching to get ready for the tree hug!

Hoyt Arboretum recently hosted an attempt to set a new world record for most people simultaneously hugging trees, and we were there!  There were officially 951 tree huggers, and we hope when it's officially judged that the Guinness Book of World Records will give it the thumbs up! It was a really well organized event, a joyful gathering of nature lovers on a beautiful summer day.
